Clear and gusty through the small hours, the air feeling near 34°F and the wind pushing in hard bursts. It only grew. By morning a cold bright wind was tearing through the streets, the air feeling near 23° at its worst around 10am in gusts strong enough to stagger a person, the sky clear and the air dry. Then it eased. The afternoon stayed bright and blustery near 32°, and the evening settled near 33° as the wind finally dropped.
