Hot before the day even started, the air near 80° at dawn and wet. Cloud sat low through the morning and kept the heat in rather than out. By noon it was near 88° and the air was almost too thick to move through. A shower came through near 1pm and cooled things for an hour. The cloud broke up through the late afternoon. Evening was warm near 82° under a clearing sky and the air had loosened a little.
