Warm and close in the small hours, the air near 75° under cloud that broke up soon after dawn. The sun came fast. By late morning it was near 89° and the air was dry, a wind out of the east gusting stiffly and carrying dust down the streets. Cloud built for an hour in mid-afternoon and went again. Evening stayed warm and the sky was mostly clear by dark.
