Fog and raw cold in the small hours, the air near 32° with a stiff breeze. Rain fell for a few hours before dawn, then the fog came back and held through the morning. The cloud broke for an hour after eleven and the air reached near 42°. It closed over again by mid-afternoon. Rain came back in the early evening for an hour or two, and the night settled damp with the wind easing.
