A cool clear start near 48°. The small hours were damp and still. By mid-morning the wind had arrived and it stayed loud through the middle of the day, strong gusts that pushed at you while cloud piled in and shut out the sun by noon. The air warmed slowly under it. Late afternoon the cloud thinned and the day kept some heat, near 70° at 6pm, the warmest hour coming late. Evening was mild and quieter, the gusts easing as the light went and the sky clearing in patches.
