Low cloud from the small hours and fog around dawn, the air near 69°. It never really lifted. The morning was grey and damp and the afternoon warmed to the mid-80s under an overcast sky, humid, with showers falling around the south of the city while downtown stayed mostly dry. The evening held in the mid-70s under the same lid of cloud.
