Tokyo Disneyland Opens

Grey and damp before dawn, the air near 57°F under a full sky. Rain began around breakfast and did not stop. It fell steadily through the morning and harder through the afternoon, the air near 62° at its warmest and a south wind rising behind it, strong gusts by late afternoon. Everything ran with water. Evening eased the rain but not the wind, and the cloud stayed shut into the night.
